Your support makes a difference

Over the past six months, Care4Burn, in collaboration with KCMC, has directly helped nine patients – both children and adults – with severe burn injuries and related complications such as chronic wounds, infections, malnutrition and respiratory damage.

The support we have provided has covered life-saving medication and surgical procedures, with the costs in the most serious cases reaching 2.6 million TZS per patient, equivalent to approximately 7,000 DKK.

All patients have now been discharged and back in their own homes – and thanks to your contribution, they have had access to treatment that would not have been possible otherwise.
